Ordered goods will be shipped only when bank remittance\/wire transer will be received and in any case xrayproject.com<\/strong><\/em> reserves the right to give priority to the orders received by PayPal and Credit Card. In no case there will be accepted any scanned receipts of bank remittance even if they have CRO codes to speed up shipping procedures.<\/p>\n

All orders made within the italian territory will be shipped with express courier. These are DHL, GLS and BRT. All orders are shipped from Genova (Est) and xrayproject.com reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier according to final destination.<\/p>\n

Shipping cost depends on destination and it can be easily calculated by puting the choosen item in the cart and by filling in the delivery address. The system will automatically show the freight cost. For large quantity orders please get in touch with our commercial office.<\/p>\n

All orders received within 12,30 o\u2019clock of any working day will be usually dispatched daily with the exception of unforeseeable events, large quantities or exhaustion of warehouse stocks. Orders received during week-ends or national holidays will be processed starting first following work day. Express courier usually takes 2\/3 working days to deliver orders worldwide. For deliveries to remote locations usually it may be taking longer. Xray Project<\/strong><\/em> does not accept any responsability in case these estimated delivery times are not respected by couriers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the order request has been received, the Orders department of xrayproject.com<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by credit card and to check the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on xrayproject.com<\/strong><\/em>. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Orders office xrayproject.com<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0will promptly notify the Customer by e-mail and telephone.<\/p>\n

RETURNS POLICY<\/h3>\n

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items intact and in the original packaging can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days from the date of shipment. Return Instructions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

  1. To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address \"\"\u00a0within 10 days of receiving the order. The order number, names and description of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, xrayproject.com<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0will send the customer a written confirmation by e-mail.<\/li>\n
  2. The return can be made EXCLUSIVELY via a traceable shipment and will always be charged to the customer.<\/li>\n
  3. The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of xrayproject.com<\/em><\/strong> within 15 days of the written authorization to the Customer from the Returns department.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the event that one of these three conditions does not occur or if the returned product is not the same as new condition, xrayproject.com reserves the right not to accept the return.<\/p>\n

    RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n

    The products must be in identical conditions to the new one, the packages must be sealed and complete with all the original labels, packages, instructions and accessories that may be received together with the order. In the event that the Customer receives a defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by xrayproject.com<\/strong><\/em>, it is required to follow the same instructions above. xrayproject.com<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises. Returns of these items will be refused and sent back to the Customer if the products are open or show signs of use.
