Inside our web shop several payment options are listed both for Italy and foreign countries. Here below you can find all payment details for each individual option: Credit card, PayPal, anticipated Bank Remittance, Satispay.

PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD

By choosing the payment option Credit Card the customer can directly pay by entering the credit card details. All transactions made on our web shop using credit cards have “Level 1 Certification” (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) that is the warranty issued by the responsible  body for the protection of safety standards.Our system accepts all credita cards belonging to major payment circuits (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB). Stripe is the platform on which all transactions will take place.

PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL

By choosing the payment option PayPal the customer can directly pay through its PayPal account. In case one does not own a PayPal account can always pay using any credit card without the need to sign in. XRay Project will ship the items purchased to the address indicated by the customer during the registration process and not the the address indicated on the PayPal account. In case a different delivery address is requested it will be up to the customer indicating this address if different from the invoicing one during the process of order.

PAYMENT THROUGH SATISPAY

All Satispay account owners will be able to pay using this option on our web shop. Satispay is a payment system that allows to purchase in affiliated shops, carry out cellular recharges and exchanging money with friends in a free and safe way.

PAYMENT THROUGH BANK REMITTANCE

By choosing the payment option Bank Remittance the customer commits himself to make a wire transfer using the credentials that will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the ordering process. Ordered goods will be shipped only when bank remittance/wire transer will be received and in any case xrayproject.com reserves the right to give priority to the orders received by PayPal and Credit Card. In no case there will be accepted any scanned receipts of bank remittance even if they have CRO codes to speed up shipping procedures.

All orders made within the italian territory will be shipped with express courier. These are DHL, GLS and BRT. All orders are shipped from Genova (Est) and xrayproject.com reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier according to final destination.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost depends on destination and it can be easily calculated by puting the choosen item in the cart and by filling in the delivery address. The system will automatically show the freight cost. For large quantity orders please get in touch with our commercial office.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders received within 12,30 o’clock of any working day will be usually dispatched daily with the exception of unforeseeable events, large quantities or exhaustion of warehouse stocks. Orders received during week-ends or national holidays will be processed starting first following work day. Express courier usually takes 2/3 working days to deliver orders worldwide. For deliveries to remote locations usually it may be taking longer. Xray Project does not accept any responsability in case these estimated delivery times are not respected by couriers.

Every XRay product has been designed aiming at  the full compatibility within the range of BMW nineT 1200 motorcycles. However some substantial differences among these models makes each XRay product specific for each model listed in the section compatibility of our web site.

All products listed in our web site are covered by 2 years legal full warranty. 2 years legal warranty is mandatory by law from date of purchase and can be asserted by the consumer directly against the seller, in the event that the purchased consumer good has a lack of conformity with respect to the sales contract.

The sale of products on www.xrayproject.it is regulated by the conditions listed below. All prices in our shop are inclusive of VAT. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99. CUSTOMER COMMITMENT

These Terms and Conditions of Sale must be examined online by Customers before completing their orders. The submission of the order therefore implies their total knowledge and their complete acceptance.

The Customer undertakes and accept in full , once the online purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process carried out, in order to fully satisfy the condition of which to the articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.

ORDERS

Orders are invoiced in Euros based on the prices in Euros published on our website. In the case of purchases made outside of Italy, the amount that will be charged to your credit card or Paypal account may vary as it is based on floating exchange rates and bank commissions. xrayproject.com invites customers to contact their banking institution to request detailed information on exchange rates and bank fees relating to their transaction.

ORDER STATUS

Customers can receive information on the status of their order by sending an e-mail to the address

In the e-mail you must indicate the name and surname with which the order was made and the order number that you can find in the confirmation email that will arrive once the order has been executed.

ORDER CHANGES

We wish to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, the orders of available items cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped with different shipments.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

The assortment on xrayproject.com reflects the exact availability of each item given that the website is connected to our warehouse. Once the order request has been received, the Orders department of xrayproject.com reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by credit card and to check the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on xrayproject.com. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Orders office xrayproject.com will promptly notify the Customer by e-mail and telephone.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items intact and in the original packaging can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days from the date of shipment. Return Instructions:

1. To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address  within 10 days of receiving the order. The order number, names and description of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, xrayproject.com will send the customer a written confirmation by e-mail.
2. The return can be made EXCLUSIVELY via a traceable shipment and will always be charged to the customer.
3. The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of xrayproject.com within 15 days of the written authorization to the Customer from the Returns department.

In the event that one of these three conditions does not occur or if the returned product is not the same as new condition, xrayproject.com reserves the right not to accept the return.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The products must be in identical conditions to the new one, the packages must be sealed and complete with all the original labels, packages, instructions and accessories that may be received together with the order. In the event that the Customer receives a defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by xrayproject.com, it is required to follow the same instructions above. xrayproject.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises. Returns of these items will be refused and sent back to the Customer if the products are open or show signs of use. All returned products will be inspected by xrayproject.com and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. xrayproject.com reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy. xrayproject.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or shipped with untraceable shipments.
