Clear XRay cam cover set for Bmw 4 valves air-oil cooled boxer engines (till 2020)

The XRay engine covers are produced using an extremely sophisticated injection moulding process under incredibile high pressures and temperatures that require a total control of the humidity of raw material. This painstaking process gives a glass like transparancy to this flawless product. The superficial finishing of the mould tools is the same required to make high quality lenses for optical use, that is 2 microns! This allows that both the inner and outer surface of the clear covers have an outstanding superficial quality.

This exceptional technopolymer is also resistant to most chemicals and solvents used during the clearing and maintenance of motorcyles.

The design of these XRay covers is the result of hundreds of hours of 3D modelling. This has allowed both the use of original screws and of the original engine gaskets and the perfect vision of inner engine aggregates from any angles without optical deformation. Also the smooth matching between Xray clear covers and their black spark plugs covers is the result of an extensive work to allow a flowless, smooth and continuous surface far superior to the original one. The thickness of the cover is over 5 mm and this makes them extremely resistant under a mechanical point of view and grant a solid feel to them.
